BirdSend’s new feature — The Subscriber Preferences Page — has just been released.

As is often the case, we built this based on user requests.

Instead of contacts unsubscribing completely just because they don’t have a way of choosing which topics they want to keep receiving emails about (and which ones they don’t)...

With this new feature, they now can select which topics they want to unsubscribe from and which ones they want to keep hearing about.

In this article, I share how I’m using this new feature in my BirdSend business.

Contacts arrive at this Subscriber Preferences Page by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your emails. You can also manually hyperlink to this page by using the %unsubscribelink% anywhere in the email editor.
